 AirCar chauffeurs are safety certified providers, trained by the Safety Certified Provider's Chauffeur Transportation Certification program. All chauffeurs complete a State Approved defensive driving course every 2 years. This ensures that our drivers are updated and aware of the latest safety regulations!

 New chauffeurs must attend a 5-day training course. Training includes orientation about AirCar procedures and on-the-road training with a senior chauffeur.

 All AirCar chauffeurs participate in a random drug testing program.

 New chauffeurs are required to view and pass the "Smith System" video on defensive driving techniques and customer service.

 Chauffeurs must meet all criteria and have the necessary permits to operate in DFW and Love Field Airports.

 Each chauffeurs is subjected to an extensive background check prior to employment with AirCar.

 AirCar requires all chauffeurs to wear black suit, white shirt, and tie. Chauffeurs are required to keep their jacket and tie on at all times. They are encouraged to be personable and polite. Polite quietness is our chauffeurs goal.

 Chauffeurs are briefed each night on their next day's assignments and given a detailed itinerary for each job.

 AirCar chauffeurs are expected to assist passengers with their luggage and personal effects.

 Upon request, our chauffeurs will escort clients to the door and wait until they are safely inside before departing.

 Chauffeurs do not expect additional gratuity.
